You are granted a limited license to use Elcarim's systems for professional maritime and management purposes. All usage must comply with international laws and ethical standards.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile any Elcarim software.
• Use automated scripts (scraping) to extract data without written consent.
• Redistribute Elcarim's proprietary data to third parties.

All trademarks, UI designs, icons (including those in the MSPS300), and source codes are the exclusive property of Elcarim Optronic.

You may not use the Elcarim logo or branding in any marketing materials without prior written authorization from our brand department.

Maritime data (AIS, PTZ positions, and sensor feeds) is provided for situational awareness. While we strive for accuracy, factors like weather and signal interference can affect real-time precision.

The user remains solely responsible for all navigational and tactical decisions. Elcarim should be used as a high-precision reference, not as a sole substitute for professional seamanship.

Elcarim is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or operational delays) resulting from system use or temporary downtime.

You agree to indemnify Elcarim against any claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.
